To successfully edit or resize images, the best course of action is to edit them prior to importing, or do so within the Content section of a campaign. Resizing in the template or using the drag function can cause the image to render in an unintended size.
To resize an image, go into your campaign and double click the image. Upon doing so, a pop-up screen will appear that will allow you to edit the height and width of the image. To unlock the ratio, click the padlock which will allow you to adjust the height and width independently of each other. Having the padlock closed means the image will automatically adjust when either the height or width is altered to retain its ratio.
To ensure your campaign will render the image correctly, we recommend to also resize your image in the Content Library.
You can access the Content Library via the Insert tab in the toolbar by selecting Image or File, or by dragging in an Image Block and clicking onto it.
Once in the Content Library, click the drop down menu next to the image you wish to edit and select the Resize option.
This will open up the resizing window which gives you the option to pick from four preset sizes (Selected Image, Small Banner, Banner, Thumbnail) as well as allowing you to enter the Height and Width.
Please note that ticking the 'Constrain Proportions' option will automatically adjust the Height or Width dependant on which size you enter first. So, if you have a precise size you need to enter, make sure this option is unticked before doing so.
For additional editing options within the Content Library, you are able to select Edit from the drop down menu of your image which will allow you to drag an image to its desired size. The benefit of this option is that you can see how the image will look immediately after making the change, which of course is useful if you are unsure what size you wish your image to be. You can also input a specific size by clicking on the 'Enter Size' text.
