You can use Advanced Search to view the contacts in your account that require confirmation or add them to a group. You can also export a list of the contacts in your account that require confirmation.
Note: Only contacts you own will be displayed when using either method outlined below. Contacts in shared groups will not be included.
To view the contacts in your account that require confirmation or to add them to a group:
- Click the Contacts tab in the main navigation menu.
- Under the Advanced drop down menu, select Advanced Search.
- Under the Field drop down menu, select Confirmed.
- Under the Match drop down menu, select is equal to.
- Under the Value drop down menu, select Required.
- Click the Run Search button.
- Click the View Search Results button to view a list of matched contacts.
- Click the Add to Groups button to add the matched contacts to a new or existing group.
- Click the Save as Dynamic Group button to save the query for later use. Enter a name for the group, such as "Require Confirmation", and click the Add Dynamic Group button. The group will be stored under your Groups > Dynamic Groups tab. From there you can choose to Run Search Again as needed to view updated search results.
To export a list of the contacts in your account that require confirmation:
- Click the Contacts tab in the main navigation menu.
- Under the Advanced drop down menu, select Composition.
- Under the Confirmed section, click the drop down menu next to "Required", and select Export as CSV/Export as XLS.
- Save the file to your computer.
