How to search for and find the details of a Campaign or Survey using a URL or ID

Searching for a Campaign in ID Lookup can provide you more details about the Campaign such as which Template was used to create it.

Firstly, view the Campaign online and highlight the set of letters and numbers on the end of the URL.

Double click on the number section of the URL to quickly highlight the information needed for the ID Lookup.

Once you have copied this, go into Admin and click the Advanced drop down menu and go to ID Lookup.

Enter the code you copied earlier and click ID Lookup, it will then bring you to this screen which provide you with the Campaigns information including who sent the Campaign, the pages, Template ID's etc.

You can scroll down to see the Template name and Template ID.
