v3.8 (Minor Release) 10th July
🛠️ |
Surveys: Integration failing when State picklists enabled |
When the data type for the State fields was changed from text to picklist, the Salesforce integration was failing on page load when opening a survey. This has been resolved. NB: Concep is only compatible with text State fields due to the duplicate ISO codes in the Salesforce picklist. If duplicate values are detected, these fields are hidden in the field mapping drop-down. |
v3.7 (Minor Release) 19th June

Campaigns/Surveys: Sync had to be manually restarted |
Intermittently, the Campaigns and Surveys connectors were misfiring and the services had to be manually restarted before data would be pushed from Concep into Salesforce/Upper Sigma. We have resolved this sporadic issue. NB: This did not result in data loss. The synchronization was simply delayed. |
v3.6 (Point Release) 13th May
🛠️ | Surveys: Resolved issue where Sub Question setting was not visible |
For surveys integrated with Salesforce/Upper Sigma, the new Sub Questions setting (released in EMS v60.13) was not appearing. This has been resolved. |
v3.5.1 (Point Release) 31st January
🛠️ | Surveys: Resolved issue where sync was failing if name exceeds 80 characters |
In Salesforce, the survey name has a hard limit of 80 characters. If the name exceeded 80 characters in Concep, the sync failed when pushing the responses into CRM. As part of the sync, we now truncate the name to the first 76 characters + "...". |
🛠️ | Surveys: Resolved issue where missing ID was breaking sync |
When the recipient ID was missing, the responses could not be created in CRM. This has been resolved. |
