As we surge forward into the latter part of 2024, I wanted to pause and give you a sneak peek at the exciting new releases set to be delivered over the next few months. This article is your insider's look at the new features and enhancements on the horizon:
-
Event Check-In (for LexisNexis InterAction and Microsoft Dynamics)
Our new Check-In tool streamlines attendance tracking for in-person events. Attendees can either self-check-in upon arrival, or you can have your events team handle the checking in via Admin Mode. Whichever mode you use, your clients' attendance seamlessly syncs back to the CRM. Check-In also supports walk-in registrations and bulk no-show updates, complemented by several dashboards to enhance your reporting capabilities.
-
Tagging Campaigns and Surveys
Tags enable you to appropriately tag all your campaigns and surveys, ultimately giving you the ability to report across your different tags. Within Reports, filter on your tags for more focused campaign and survey reports.
-
Contact Suppression
With Contact Suppression, you will be able to exclude certain contacts from your marketing communications to ensure they do not receive your emails while suppressed. Unlike opt outs, however, suppression is easily reversed which makes it especially useful to exclude contacts who are yet to opt in to marketing communications, for example. Suppression is also useful to maintain lists of people who should not receive your emails, such as competitors or inactive contacts. Ultimately, the new suppression function replaces the de-duplication process.
Note: This does not replace the standard opt out workflow. Recipients will still be able to permanently unsubscribe via email campaigns. Suppression simply gives marketers more control over who they are sending to.
-
Automatic Opt-In (for LexisNexis InterAction)
An upgrade to List Sync will see contacts automatically opted-in when removed from CRM suppression folders, improving upon the existing feature that opts out contacts. The automatic opt-in process will greatly improve consistency of data across platforms.
