The Concep Product team starts working on our new Send for MSD releases from the moment that Microsoft announces its plans for a new version, in order to ensure that our products will continue to work reliably with the latest Microsoft releases. Although we strive to keep aligned with any new releases of Microsoft Dynamics it is important to note that we only have access to the product once it is officially released by Microsoft. There are three stages that the Concep product team go through in order to make our new release fully compatible with Microsoft; assessment, compatibility testing and product adjustment. These processes access potential risk to our integration, ensure that any new versions of Microsoft Dynamics will be compatible with our solution, and allow us to adjust our product to make sure that it will run smoothly with any new Microsoft releases.
It is strongly recommended that you do not plan your Microsoft Dynamics CRM upgrade until we have carried out this process, accessed the risks, released the test results, and communicated to you with regard to the compatibility. You could face some problems if you do so. These problems can include:
- The single sign on becoming broken
- Access to the email and survey pages becoming blocked
- Navigation errors to the email campaign activity entity
- Some of Concep’s buttons being removed
- Data may not flow back into your CRM
