The Autoresponders tool is now available in Concep Send for Dynamics. With Autoresponders, you are able to create email automation workflows which are triggered when certain conditions are met. For more information on how to create automated workflows in Dynamics, check out this article.
You can now build custom reports in Concep Send for Dynamics. These enable you to run advanced searches across a vast array of data, including: campaign, survey and contact data. With custom reports, you can pull the data that means the most to you and export it into Excel at the click of a button. To find out more about the capabilities of custom reports, click here.
We have locked down the engagement statistics on the "Information" form for your sent email campaigns. Previously, these could be altered which - in turn - would skew your reports. Since they are now set to read only, you can be sure that your reports are always accurate.
When mapping fields, you can now easily search and match a Dynamics contact field to a Concep Send contact field which means you don't need to waste time searching through the Dynamics entities to find the correct names. It is now much more user friendly, and should limit the requirement to involve your CRM administrator or IT team. Please note that this is exclusively available for those running a UCI version of Dynamics.
When mapping fields, you can now match all 25 Concep Send custom fields to a contact field in Dynamics. Previously, you could only match 3 custom fields without the involvement of a CRM administrator or IT team.
Solutions Release Bug Fixes
Previously, if any contact fields in Dynamics spanned 2 lines and were imported into Send, it would require manual intervention to resolve the problem. To ensure the sync is as robust as possible, all contact fields are now checked for a carriage return before they are imported.
There was a known problem where some users were seeing an approvals pop up message, even though an approvals workflow had not been configured. This has been resolved.
You can now remove a linked Dynamics Campaign from an email campaign prior to sending by clicking the blue X.
Connector Release (v2.3.4.5)
We have introduced a series of checks which your email campaign must pass before you are able send. This is called the "Preflight Report". All users are encouraged to check this report prior to sending. This report: confirms the sender profile and the domain the campaign will be sent from, enables you to review the subject, and provides a spam rating which you can use to adjudge the likelihood of hitting the inbox.
