Fast mode for the campaign activity connector was introduced in v1.6 of Concep Send for InterAction.
In this mode we have changed how the connector searches contacts and creates activities. In normal mode, the connector searches for each contact before creating an activity. In fast mode, the connector uses contact’s InterAction ID in Concep Send to directly create the activity, skipping the search step. This reduces the number of requests the connector makes to InterAction, therefore reducing the time it takes to insert activities.
The company linking functionality for campaign activities is not supported in the fast mode. This means that even if enabled for an activity the fast mode will not link it to companies.

Where are contacts InterAction ID stored in Concep Send?
Contact’s InterAction ID is stored in the External ID field within each contact.
What happens if none of my contacts in Concep Send have an InterAction ID?
The connector will find the ID for this contact and create the activity. However, this will affect the speed of how activities get created. The more contacts you have with ID the faster the inserting process gets.

How do I make sure the contacts InterAction ID is loaded into Send?
Concep tools such as List Exporter and List Management automatically load contacts in Send with their InterAction ID.
Are company links available in fast mode?
Company links are not available, as this feature requires additional requests to your CRM which increases the time to create activities.
