🎁 Campaigns: Send campaigns to multiple email address fields

Choose which email field(s) you would like to send your email campaign to. When a contact interacts with your marketing material, their engagement will sync back to the same contact record in CRM. Find out more.

🗒️ Admin Note: Enable this feature via Settings > Send Accounts > Dynamic Email Selection

🎁 Campaigns: Schedule in a specific time zone

For accounts used by people around the globe, you can now schedule campaigns in a specific time zone. Previously, campaigns could only be scheduled in the time zone set on the account level. This will save you valuable minutes having to convert times in an external tool!

🎁 Marketing Lists: See when a list was last used via Concep

The Concep Marketing solution now updates the "Last Used On" field so you can see on which date a marketing list was last sent to via Concep.

✅ Campaigns: Send directly to dynamic marketing lists

We have made the campaign distribution process more efficient by sending to dynamic marketing lists directly. Previously, Concep was creating a temporary static list to send to which sporadically resulted in duplicate lists being created when the deletion process failed. 

🗒️ Note: This only applies to Dynamics environments running v9+ (i.e. not legacy on-prem).

✅ Approvals: Delete inactive Sent Campaign records after 7 days

To improve the process around approvals workflows, we now delete inactive Sent Campaign records 7 days after creation. This occurs when campaigns are declined as part of the approval process, and will prevent the number of redundant records from ballooning over time.

🛠️ Submissions: Resolved spelling errors in Submission Export pop-up

We have resolved 2 typos in the "Export Responses" function in the Submissions entity.
