How to update a group with new added contacts to an InterAction folder using List Management

If you have added more contacts to your InterAction folders and wish to import these to Send, List Management will remember the folders and mappings you previously selected.

Therefore, you can simply open the Group, click ‘Import from InterAction’ and click though the import process.

Note: If contacts have been removed from InterAction folders that were previous imported, List Management will not remove those contacts from Concep Send if the folders are imported again. In this scenario, you should remove all the contacts from the Group in Concep Send and import again from InterAction.
