List Sync for InterAction

What is List Sync?

List Sync facilitates the automatic sync of contacts, contact fields and folders from InterAction into Concep Send at 20 minute intervals. With List Sync, you can be certain that your contact data in Concep Send is always as up to date as it is in CRM. The best bit? No manual input is required!

How can your firm make the most of List Sync?

There's countless ways List Sync can be used, but here's a few examples:

• Compliance with global data protection regulations
  Gather consent from your contacts without so much as lifting a finger! No one wants to spend their life making sure they're compliant with an endless list of regulations. With List Sync, you can relieve yourself of that burden once and for all! We'll set up a compliance workflow to run in the background so you can focus on the more meaningful marketing tasks.
  
  
• Automate the onboarding process for new starters
  Don't make a bad first impression by micro-managing in your new starter's early days. Instead, create an email sequence which you can use to drip-feed important information to them. Build the workflow once, and use it over and over again. They'll be fully onboarded in no time and you won't have to have the same conversations every time someone joins the team - what's not to love?
  
  
• Distribute content to your contacts without lifting a finger
  Do you use Preference Manager to ensure you're sending relevant, targeted content to your contacts? If so, we've taken it up another notch! With List Sync, you can automatically send relevant, targeted content to your contacts. We'll regularly sync the folders back into Concep Send, and you can set up workflows to ensure your contacts are receiving timely content in line with their preferences.
  
  

Setting up List Sync:

Setup needs to be completed by us, so reach out to our Delivery Services team who will be in touch shortly. All you need to do is let us know which InterAction folders you want to sync into Concep Send.

By default, we sync the following contact fields:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• External ID

If you'd like to sync any additional fields, be sure to let us know.

We can also sync suppression lists! If you have a folder of contacts in CRM who you shouldn't be sending to, we can sync that across too. The suppression lists work by opting out these contacts in Concep Send. This is not easily reversible, so is something to be aware of before you decide to suppress contacts.
