List Sync: Automatic opt-in for suppression folders |
List Sync's suppression feature automatically opts out contacts in Concep when they are added to suppression folders in InterAction. To ensure data consistency between platforms, List Sync now also handles the opt-in process seamlessly. When a contact is removed from a suppression folder in the CRM, they are automatically opted back in within Concep, saving you the time and effort of manual updates. Preference Manager: Search across specific folder |
Older versions of Preference Manager searched the entire CRM when checking whether a contact already exists. To give you more control, we've introduced a configuration which enables only the source folder to be checked for duplicates before creating a new contact. If you are interested in having this configured for your site, please reach out to Services. |

Ensure that all contacts consent to data processing by adding a mandatory checkbox to the preferences page. We will only process the data once the checkbox has been checked. |

Given addresses are captured in a multi-line field in InterAction, we have enhanced the import of addresses to comma separate the address when they span multiple lines. This ensures proper formatting when auto-populating surveys with a contact's address details. |

Preference Manager: Add consent fields to sign-up and preferences forms |
Added support for consent fields, which allow for hidden fields to be added to the site. When the form is submitted, the corresponding field is updated in InterAction which enables you to accurately track consent. If you would like to add a hidden consent field to your site, please reach out to our Services team. |
๐ ๏ธ | Surveys: Responses mapped to "city" fields creating duplicate contacts |
In the event a question was mapped to a "city" field and the response for this field exceeded 35 characters, the contact was failing to fully create since the field limit in InterAction is 35 characters. The retry logic was causing several contacts to be half created, resulting in duplicates. To resolve, we now truncate submissions for the city field to the first 32 characters plus an ellipsis. NB: You can still find the full response in the survey activity. |

Previously, values for yes/no fields could only be captured via a drop-down. To provide a simpler interface for end users who are signing up, we now allow yes/no fields to be displayed as checkboxes on the form. For surveys integrated with InterAction, the new Sub Questions setting (released in EMS v60.13) was not appearing. This has been resolved. |
