• Mapped survey templates
  You can now save survey templates with their mappings. If your registration/sign-up forms often contain the same fields (i.e. first name, last name, email address), you can save a template with the mappings so that you don't have to do it every time. Find out more here. 
  
  
• Improved activity sync speeds
  We've made some changes to the way activities sync from the Concep platform into InterAction. Specifically, these changes apply to the retry logic. If every activity syncs correctly on the initial sync, you won't notice the speed improvements. This only applies if an activity fails to write back to CRM, causing the retry logic to kick in.
