If you want a user to have admin rights to all user accounts in Microsoft Dynamics follow these steps:
- In your Microsoft Dynamics CRM, open the main menu and click on the Settings button. The page will reload and the blue navigation bar will be updated with the Section name. Click on Settings and a new menu will open. Then scroll to the right hand side until the Send Account button appears. Click on it.
- Click into the user account to which you wish to give Send admin account access.
- On the right hand side of the account permissions section, click on the + sign.
- Below “Full Name” use the search bar to search for the account, and then hit the Return key. Select the Account you wish to use, and it will appear on the list of account permissions.
