Event Check-In: Prerequisites

InterAction Requirements

• Concep InterAction integration (for our servers to be able to connect to yours)
• InterAction 6.2+
• An InterAction user:
  • Event Check-In can be accessed by any of your existing InterAction users, they just need to use their InterAction Username and Password to login and have permission to see and edit the necessary folders
    • If you wish to have a dedicated InterAction user for Event Check-In, you can create this in InterAction and inform your users to login with those credentials – this single user can be logged in to multiple concurrent sessions
    • The users do not need admin rights to function with Check-In
