✅ API: Submit campaigns for approval

Via the REST API, you can now submit campaigns for approval 

✅ Surveys: New validation when copying to check for active collectors

Previously, if all survey collectors had been disabled prior to copying a survey, the new version was not editable. We have added a new validation in the "Copy Survey" function which ensures a survey has an active collector before it can be copied.

✅ Templates (v5): Videos included in email campaign flatten to display image

Videos are not compatible with mail clients and must be viewed in a browser. In the event a video is included in an email campaign, we will flatten one of the frames as an image and display that frame as a preview. When clicked, the video opens in the browser.
