Approvals: Preview text now displayed in approvals area To ensure approvers have a complete view of the contents of an email before permitting it to be sent, you can now see the preview text that a user has included as part of their campaign.
Editor: DIY layout For those who appreciate template flexibility, we've introduced a new "do it yourself" option to our new templates, similar to what's already available on the widely used drag and drop templates. This enables you to build new blocks without having prior knowledge of HTML.
Surveys
Themes: Beta layouts A simpler way to customise the style of your surveys, while also bringing a modernised look and feel. Currently in beta - can be toggled on under the "Themes" area of the survey builder.
Reports: Retrieve attendance status from Zoom/GoTo Closing the loop on our existing webinar integrations, we now retrieve attendance status from Zoom and GoTo and store this data against the existing responses in the survey report. This will automatically sync into the platform ~30 minutes after your virtual event was scheduled to finish.
Settings
Integrations: Share integrations across users You can now share some third party integrations with other users. Specifically, this solves an issue with the Zoom integration which previously only allowed a Zoom account to be connected to a single Concep account. With this feature, you can create the connection in one account and share it for use with any other users in your group/client.
Contacts
Custom fields: Character limit increased to 4000 The number of characters you can use to create your options for multiple-choice custom fields has been increased to 4000. With this upgrade, you can now store preferences in a field and you don't need to worry about implementing a coded system to identify which abbreviation relates to which AOI. By storing preferences in a contact field instead of segmenting into groups, you can run advanced searches and segment qualifying contacts into dynamic groups instead.
Site wide
Security: jQuery version upgrade In response to a recent penetration test, we have upgraded the version of jQuery we are using across the platform to enhance site security.
Bug fixes
Fixed: Salesforce query fails to run when "dateType" field is used
Fixed: Incorrect aggregation of contacts in "Attended Webinar: No" tab
