🎁 New Feature | ✅ Enhancement | 🛠️ Bug Fix
v58.9 7th September
🎁 Campaigns: Warning when edited in multiple sessions In the event an email campaign is being edited in multiple browser sessions, users can now be notified. When prompted, a user can decide whether to keep their changes or keep someone else's. Please reach out to support if you would like this functionality enabled.

✅ Security: Remediation for vulnerabilities flagged in penetration test Following on from August's release, we have resolved the remaining low-risk vulnerabilities found in our most recent pen test. |
✅ Surveys: Improvements to webinar attendance retrieval For virtual events hosted using Zoom Webinars, GoToWebinar or ON24, the attendance information is retrieved post-event and stored in the survey report. The logic that retrieves the attendance has been made more robust. |
✅ Contacts: Group count now clickable A small enhancement to improve the user experience: clicking on the group count will now display the contacts within. Previously, you had to click the group name. |
v58.4 10th August
🎁 Campaigns: Create iCalendar links in any time zone In previous versions, iCalendar files could only be created in the time zone set on the user level. You can now select any time zone when creating an iCal file, making it much easier for global teams who work in a set of centralised accounts. |
✅ Surveys: Merge question answers into the body of survey notifications For users using the "Send Notification Email" survey action, you can now merge a respondent's answers into the body of the notification email.
|
✅ Security: Remediation for vulnerabilities flagged in penetration test As part of our commitment to ensure our application is as secure as our customers demand, we have recently completed our latest penetration test. We have resolved most of the items that were flagged, with the remaining items set to be remediated in September's release. |
🛠️ Settings: Changes in My Settings not displayed until page refresh A visual bug where any changes made on the My Settings page were not reflected on the page until the site was refreshed in the browser. The values were still updated, but not displayed to the user until refreshed. |
🛠️ Settings: Minimum length password validation not updated in front end If the minimum required length of a password was updated for an account, the help text visible to a user updating their password was not reflective of the new password requirements. |
🛠️ Campaigns: iCalendar links not working in PDF exports In campaigns created using the new template builder (v5), links to download iCalendar files were not working previously. |
🛠️ Settings: Display names not updating in "Group Editing" setting Display names for contact groups listed on a sign-up form were not being updated via the Group Editing setting. |
🛠️ Campaigns: Incomplete templates could be used to create campaigns Previously, a user could use an incomplete template to start building an email campaign which could cause rendering issues. You can now only use templates which are marked as complete. |
v57.15 6th July
🎁 Surveys: ON24 webinar integration A brand new integration which enables you to connect your survey to a webinar in ON24. When someone completes the survey, we automatically push them into ON24 as an attendee from where a respondent will receive the joining instructions in their inbox. Post-event, we retrieve the attendance from ON24 and capture it in the survey report. Reach out to the support team if you'd like this integration enabled. |
✅ Campaigns: Include CC'd email addresses in forwarded replies If campaign replies are configured to be stored and optionally forwarded, the forwarded email now specifies any additional contacts who were CC'd by the original recipient. |
✅ Surveys: Add setting for value from list to be case insensitive If restricting free text question answers to a value from a list, there is a new toggle which enables users to decide whether the values should be case sensitive or insensitive.
|
✅ Surveys: Support for shared custom fields in survey actions Following an issue flagged last year, we temporarily removed support for shared custom fields in surveys. We have now re-implemented this feature with the appropriate fix, enabling users to map survey questions to any shared custom fields. |
