🎁 New Feature | ✅ Enhancement | 🛠️ Bug Fix
v61.11 13th June
🎁 Campaigns (v5): Remove tracking pixel from HTML emails In light of the controversy around the use of tracking pixels in emails, we have taken steps to ensure our customers have more control over their email privacy. A tracking pixel is a tiny, invisible image that is embedded in emails to collect information about the recipient's behaviour, such as when they opened the email. While this information can be valuable for senders to analyse engagement, it has raised privacy issues for recipients. For more information, please click here. Please Note: The tracking pixel can only be removed from v5 templates. If you are interested in upgrading to the latest templates, please reach out to our Services team. |
✅ Surveys: Improved UI for "Send Notification Email" action We have adjusted the interface in the "Send Notification Email" survey action to make it more intuitive when defining the sender and recipient. The new interface also enables you to define where replies should be sent to, if you select to enter the sender details manually. |
🛠️ Content Library: Special characters in file name causing resize to break In previous versions, uploaded images whose file name contained a special character was causing the resize function to break. This has been resolved by stripping special characters from the file name on upload. |
🛠️ Surveys: Sub Questions only work on Page 1 Previously, Sub Questions only worked when they were included on the first page of the survey. If included on a subsequent page, the survey could not be saved. This has been resolved, so that you can include Sub Questions on Page 2+. Known Issue: Sub Questions do not work if you have multiple Sub Questions across multiple survey pages. This will be resolved in an upcoming release. |
🛠️ Campaigns: PDF not downloading when viewing via generic URL Previously, if you tried to download a PDF of the campaign via the generic campaign URL, the download failed. This has been resolved. |
v61.6 1st May
✅ Security: Upgraded Handlebars.js to latest version In our ongoing commitment to providing a secure experience for our users, we have upgraded the Handlebars.js library to the latest version. This update addresses a security vulnerability that was identified in the previous version of Handlebars.js. Although there was no evidence of any compromise, we proactively took steps to ensure your data remains safe. |
v60.13 18th April
🎁 Surveys: Create a relationship between questions With the brand new Sub Questions feature, you can create a relationship between different questions in your survey. In the event that you would like to collect additional information based on the answer in a previous response, Sub Questions allow you to display secondary questions to your respondents. For more information on how to set up Sub Questions, please read this guide. |
🎁 Campaigns (v5): Undo functionality In the version 5 campaign builder, an undo function now appears on the left hand side of the builder when a content block is deleted or the layout is changed. |
🎁 Campaigns (v5): Create new template from campaign In the version 5 campaign builder, you can now save a campaign as a template. Once saved, you can use this template as a basis for future campaigns. This should save you from having to make repetitive customizations, enabling you to spend more time where it really matters. If you need to convert a campaign into a template, please reach out to the support team. |
✅ Surveys (GoToWebinar): Fetch all webinars scheduled for next 12 months Previously, we only fetched webinars scheduled to take place in the next 6 months. We have increased this to the next 12 months. |
