Where can I find the Contact Email Score in Microsoft Dynamics CRM?

You can find a Contacts Engagement Score by navigating to the contact within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and selecting the Concep Marketing view.

Here you will see the Contact Engagement score, as well as the email campaign history for that contact, and the score for each of their received emails.

On each contact screen you will also see the Global Average Engagement score. This score is common across the whole system.
