The Email Campaign Performance results, using the Day and Time dashboard, provides relevant information about your contacts behaviour and your email campaigns performance based on the week day or hour of the day. It will enable you to optimise your campaigns sending date and time by using the most effective days and times to send.
This is found by navigating to > Workplace > Dashboards and selecting the various Concep Marketing dashboards.
In the Email Campaign Performance per Day of the Week chart you are able to see the average performance of your email campaigns per sent day. The days of the week are represented by numbers, 1 being Sunday, 2 Monday, 3 Tuesday and so on. The line shows the average view rate and the bar shows the amount of campaigns sent on that day of the week. This chart can give you an idea of the days your company has concentrated most of its campaigns and if there are other days which could deliver a better opening rate.
The Email Campaign Performance per Hour of the Day provides similar information to the Email Campaign Performance per Day of the Week chart but from a different angle. It uses the hour of the day the email campaign was sent instead of the day. These charts used in conjunction with the day of the week can help you identify the optimum time and day to send an email campaign.
The Hour of the Day Recipients View their Email Campaigns gives you the exact hour of the day your contacts are viewing your email campaigns. This is different from the chart above as it shows you more quantitative data since email campaigns are not all the same size.
The Number of Email Campaigns Sent by Hour allows you to identify the hour of the day your email campaigns are usually sent. Combined with the previous charts it can help you understand how your send time/day can affect your campaigns performance.
The view provided by these charts is high level and deeper analysis and tests are recommended to build your results. Microsoft Dynamics CRM enables you to drill down into these charts, adding new layers of filtering, which can help you to achieve more accurate conclusions.
