Prerequisites
- Access to Sent Campaigns page under the Marketing section in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
To find which contacts have received a specific email campaign, follow these steps:
- Find the e-mail campaign where you want to look at.
- Once inside the e-mail campaign you have to navigate to the ‘Report’ form.
- Once you are in the Report form, scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the recipients grid. Click the drop down menu and click on “My Email Campaign Activities”. It will refresh the list in the recipients’ grid loading just the contacts that received that e-mail campaign.
