Custom reports are used to pull data from across all or some of your campaigns, surveys, contacts and more.
A number of pre-built configurations have been setup to make it easy for you to run the reports as is, or edit and choose specific parameters based on your needs. You can also setup custom reports to automatically run on a specific schedule (for example, to send a report of key statistics each month) and email the link to download the latest report.

To create a custom report:
- Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
- Click the Custom tab.
- Click the Create a Custom Report button.
- Select a base configuration for the report from the Campaigns, Surveys, Contacts or Users tab, or start typing a configuration in the search box to select.
- Click the Continue to Confirm and Run button.
- Review the default parameters and adjust as needed.
- Report Title – by default displays the base configuration name, click into the field to edit
- Report Description – by default displays the base configuration description, click into the field to edit
- Level – which user(s), client(s), or group(s) the report will be run over, click the Edit text link to modify
- Conditions – the parameters that are being applied to the data included in the report, click the Edit text link to modify
- Export Columns – the columns that will be included in the report CSV file once downloaded, click the Edit text link to modify
- Sort By – how the data in the report CSV file will be sorted once downloaded, click the Edit text link to modify
- Limit – a restriction on the number of items to be included in the report, click the Edit text link to modify
- Time Zone – the time zone used for the data to meet the specified conditions, click the Edit text link to modify
- Click the Save and Run button.
- Your custom report is now running. After the report is complete, you will be able to download the CSV file. Note all custom report results will be available to download for 7 days before they are automatically deleted from the system. You can download and save your results before then, or you can run the report again later at any time.
- Optionally tick the box and click the OK button to have the report emailed upon completion.
To setup a custom report on an automated schedule:
- Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
- Click the Custom tab.
- Click the Schedule and Send text link in the Scheduled column.
- Enter the email address(es) to receive the report, the time it should be sent, and the schedule.
- Click the OK button.
- If you need to modify the schedule, click the next scheduled date in the Scheduled column, make any needed adjustments and click the OK button.
- If you need to stop the schedule, click the next scheduled date in the Scheduled column, and click the Stop Schedule button.
To download a custom report:
- Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
- Click the Custom tab.
- Click the Download Ready text link in the Status column, or click the drop down arrow at the right and select Download.
- Or if the report has expired, click the Download Expired, Rerun text link, or click the drop down arrow at the right and select Run.
To copy a custom report:
- Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
- Click the Custom tab.
- Click the drop down arrow at the right and select Copy or Copy to.
To edit a custom report:
- Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
- Click the Custom tab.
- Click on the name of the report in the list, or click the drop down arrow at the right and select Edit.
- Or to simply rename a custom report, click the drop down arrow at the right and select Rename.
To delete a custom report:
- Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
- Click the Custom tab.
- Click the drop down arrow at the right and select Delete.
