Data Hygiene
The foundational pillar of email marketing excellence comes from leveraging clean and valuable data as your starting point. On average, a third of our data goes stale every year - key clients move firms, contact details changes and interests evolve. This kit will easily surface your "dirty data" to support the best practice of routinely cleaning your database and reduce email volume wastage.

Hard Bounce Report
- Contains all hard bounces from campaigns sent in the last month
- Includes bounce reason
- Shows correlating campaign title
Contact Opt Out Report
- Shows all opt outs, no matter of the level
- Includes whether a recipient marked the communication as Spam
- Count of total campaigns sent to recipient before opt out
Domain Opt Out Report
- Count of the number of opt outs from a specific company
- Count of the number of emails each company received
- Level of opt outs
Low Engaged Client Report
- Ran only across external contacts
- Contains all with 0 views
- Includes whether or not the recipient has bounced and why
Deliverability Kit
Deliverability is an ongoing challenge for many firms seeking to navigate the ever-changing minefield of sending your email to it reaching the recipient inbox. Whilst many emails are successfully delivered to the recipient mail server, the percentage that place in the inbox is only around 80% (with approximately 7% placing in the spam folder, according to industry benchmarks). Without the right data, it isn't immediately obvious why your campaigns aren't getting good inbox placement; around 3-5% of your clients may be missing valuable content you're distributing. This kit highlights the metrics that will help you identify those problem domains and give you the tools to measure and test the scale of the challenge and how to overcome it.
