Shared Sign Up Forms

Sign up forms can be shared across different user accounts so that users can check the preferences of their contacts elsewhere.

In the Contacts section in Concep Send, click on the Advanced menu, and then select Sign Up Form

Click on the Sharing tab to see who has shared a sign up form with you, and to also share your sign up form to others.

In the Sharing tab, click on the Sharing button. You will be able to see who you are sharing your sign up form with, and then if you click Add Share, you will be able to select who you can add additional shares.

If you want to share with every other user in your client, select Share With All. If you want to select a certain user to share your sign up form with, search for their user and then click Add Share.

Looking up Contacts in other Sign Up Forms

In the Sharing tab, if you have sign up forms shared with you, you can select Lookup Contact in a specific user account. This will open up an additional window into which you can enter an email address.

When you click Lookup, this will open up the Preference Center for the contact, so you can see what preferences they have selected.
