Although you cannot archive an individual campaign, you can use a display filter or folders to aid in organizing a large number of sent campaigns.
To organize your list of sent campaigns using a display filter:
- Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
- In the Display drop down menu, select one of the available time frames (e.g. last 6 months, last year, last 2 years), or in the field next to "After" enter your own date.
- Your display selection will be remembered until you change it again.
To organize your list of sent campaigns using folders:
- Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
- Click the >> icon in the upper left of the list to expose the folder list. Your selection will be remembered until you click the icon again.
- Click the "Add Folder" text link to add a folder. Use the down arrow for a folder to edit it or delete it.
- To move a sent campaign to a folder, click and drag the campaign's :: image to the desired folder.
If needed, you can also disable a campaign if you do not want recipients to be able to view the content.
