A worthy successor to v4, our latest version has been engineered with robustness at its core, ensuring your emails consistently render across all platforms - including notoriously tricky ones like Outlook. Our templates, crafted by specialist email developers, are designed to be responsive across all devices. Whether your audience is on mobile or desktop, your emails will always look professional. With an intuitive drag-and-drop interface, creating compelling emails has never been easier.

Version 5 also introduces advanced features like image carousels and video support (available within compatible email clients only) to make your campaigns even more engaging.

Getting Started with Version 5:

Adjusting Campaign Content:

1. How to change the copy:

You can edit the copy within any blocks outlined with a red, dotted line. Simply click within the area you'd like to amend and replace the sample text with your own content:

If you cannot click into a block, it's been locked on the template to maintain consistency across campaigns. This typically applies to parts of the campaign such as the header, footer and disclaimer.

2. How to change the layout of the campaign:

Hovering over a content block gives you a multitude of editing options. For a full breakdown, please see the Button Functions section below (click here).

Here are some of the basic functions:

1. Reorder content using the Drag to Sort button:
   
   
   
   
2. Insert more content using the Add button:
   
   
   
   
3. Choose from pre-defined layouts using the Select an Option button:
   💡 After you change the layout, undo via the pop-up on the left of the builder within 5 seconds.
   
   

Editing Images in the Builder:

Version 5's built-in image editing eliminates external adjustments and re-uploads, saving you time. The builder's editing functions enable you to easily resize, crop and rotate images in your campaign:

1. Resize images by hovering over and zooming in/out using your mouse scroll. If you are not using a mouse, use the Zoom In and Zoom Out buttons which appear on hover.
   
   
2. Crop images by hovering over an image, left clicking and then dragging into position. When you let go of the mouse, the image will be cropped.
   
   
3. Rotate images 90° clockwise on every click via the Rotate button when you hover over an image.
   
   

💡	Availability of these features depend on the image properties as defined in the template (i.e. fixed dimensions).

 

Button Functions:

Here's a list of all the buttons in the builder and a description of what they do:

	Drag to Sort
	Drag this icon to reorder content blocks in your campaign.

	Copy
	Creates a copy of the content block.

	Add
	Inserts additional content (i.e. columns, bullets, inner blocks).

	Remove Content
	Deletes blocks within your campaign.

	Select an Option
	Opens a panel which enables you to select from pre-defined layout options.

	Select a Colour
	Select from brand colours to change background and text colours.

	Select a Theme
	Changes colours of whole block (i.e. light theme and dark theme).

	Visible
	When shown, the block will display in the sent campaign.

	Hidden
	When shown, the block will not display in the sent campaign. 💡 This is also denoted by a grey overlay on the block.

	Add Link
	Add a link to an external source to a button or image.

	Remove Link
	Remove a link to an external source from a button or image.

	Edit Alt Text
	Amend the alternative text for an image (for compatibility with screen readers).

	View Information
	View information relating to a block such as dimensions.

	Image Map
	Create clickable areas on an image.

	Zoom In
	Enlarges and crops image in your campaign. 💡 Also try hovering over an image and using the scroll wheel on your mouse.

	Zoom Out
	Shrink image in your campaign. 💡 Also try hovering over an image and using the scroll wheel on your mouse.

	Rotate
	Rotate an image in your campaign.

	Image Carousel
	Add an image carousel to your campaign. ⚠️ Image carousels are not supported in Outlook or Gmail.

	Bookmark
	Create anchors in your campaign to enable easier navigation.

	Autoplay Video On
	When shown, videos will autoplay in email clients where it is supported.

	Autoplay Video Off
	When shown, recipients will need to click the video to play.

	Loop Video On
	When shown, the video will play continuously.

	Loop Video Off
	When shown, the video will only play once.

	View Video
	Opens the video in a pop-up.
