To collect straightforward feedback (e.g. Yes/No) without the need to gather additional details, polls would be the most ideal option.
Adding poll links to a Campaign is particularly useful for confirmations such as RSVPs. The primary difference between a poll and a standard link is that a customisable confirmation popup is visible to the recipient once clicked.
A separate poll link will need to be created for each poll answer you wish to track. After a recipient clicks a poll link, a confirmation window will display with a brief message.
To insert a poll link, first navigate to the Content section of an in progress Campaign, click into an editable area and select the text or image you wish to link. If no text or image is selected, the poll answer you enter will be used as the link.

Try creating buttons that you can link the poll to so that it's easier for your recipients to interact with. |
Navigate to the toolbar and click the Create Link icon
Then click the Poll tab, after doing it will prompt you to "Add answer". This is where it will store all the polling answers for this specific campaign.
Once you have clicked the button it will display where you can enter an answer you wish to link to in the Poll Answer.
It will also give you the opportunity to edit the confirmation window. Clicking into any of the red dashed boxes will allow you to edit the content and you can also the change colours by clicking the selectors on the right hand side.
You can even add a iCalendar link/download if you click the icon just above the "thank you for your response".
Once the content and look has been finalized click the "add answer". After doing that it will display the answer in the Poll answer list, like so:
To insert it into a Campaign select the use option on the right and it will insert the link into the campaign.
You can check the responses by going into Reports and navigating to the Interaction tab.
Each click of a poll link is also recorded in Links tab in Interaction. This means, for example, you could review the reporting details for who clicked each link to view who answered Yes and No.
Please note if a recipient forwards the Campaign, any additional clicks will also be recorded under their email address as all links are individually tied to the recipient.
Also, If you do not want the data to be collapsed in this way, you would need to create a Survey to collect the information.
It is important to note that if you wish to use multiple Polls within the same Campaign then you will need to create additional Poll answers for each question and ensure that the answers are specific to the questions.
For example if you had three Yes/No questions all using the same Poll answers then within Reports all the answers would be merged together. For this reason it is recommended to create a new answer for each Poll you create and to provide enough detail within the Poll answer so that you will be able to distinguish your Polls within your reports.
