How to send tests of your email campaign

Prerequisites

• Email Marketing Sender security role assigned to your Microsoft Dynamics CRM user.
• At least one Send Account assigned to your Microsoft Dynamics CRM user.

To send test emails of your email campaign to yourself or someone in your company follow these steps:

1. Click “Send Email Campaign”

2. Select the e-mail campaign you want to test and click on ‘Send test’.

3. A new window will load giving you the option to select the recipients of your test and also add a personalised message to them. You can also configure the replies to this test to be redirect to a different email address than the one configured in the campaign.
4. In the recipient box you can either search for a contact in your CRM or send to an email address. To search for a contact just start typing and a list of contacts will appear.

5. Fill all the fields accordingly and press ‘Send test’.
