The E-mail Status field is automatically updated when a new Hard Bounce or Viewed activity is created in your CRM. A system workflow created by Concep identifies which contact in your CRM an activity is regarding and then updates its e-mail status field.
By default any newly created contacts will be set as ‘Not Validated’ and as new activities are logged into your CRM this will be updated. A Hard Bounce activity will change the contact’s e-mail status to Invalid and a Viewed activity to Validated.
