Concep Send Campaigns allow you to add in a link to click from one page of a Campaign to another, this can be useful when you have lots of content that may be too much for a single page. Additionally within a page of a Campaign it is possible to include bookmark links that will allow a recipients to navigate to key areas quickly without scrolling. Please note that bookmarks are page specific and can not be used across pages.
How to create a Page Link
You can create a Page Link to connect to a different page of a Campaign by following the below instructions:
Firstly you will need to add a new page, this can be done by clicking the add page text at the top of the page and giving it a name.
Once added, you can click the link icon within the toolbar and navigate to the Page tab.
From here you can select which page you would like to link to by clicking the drop down menu.
By default if no text is highlighted before creating the Page link, the link will display in the Campaign as the name of the linked page. For example if I linked Page 2 then this is what will be seen within the Campaign. However if you highlight text before creating the page link then the link will be added to the text that was highlighted.
To do this, highlight the text you wish to link > click the link icon within the toolbar > Page > Select Page > Create link to page.
How to create a Bookmark
Firstly you will need to insert the bookmark icon from within the toolbar into the relevant section of your Campaign, this is where the recipient will be taken once they click the bookmark link.
One you have found the required location, click into the editable area and place the cursor immediately before the first word you want to link to. Please note that you should not highlight any text at this point.
Afterwards, click the Bookmark icon in the editing toolbar.
Enter a name for the bookmark, and click the Insert Bookmark.
Make the name of your bookmark one word and lowercase. |
Once the bookmark has been created, navigate to the section within your Campaign that you wish to link the bookmark to and highlight the text/image you wish to link. This feature can work effectively if a list of contents is created at the top of the Campaign.
You can then create a link to add the bookmark using the steps below:
Click the Link icon in the editing toolbar, and click the Bookmark tab.
You will then be able to select from your existing bookmarks by clicking the drop down arrow.
As bookmarks are page specific, any bookmarks created on other pages will not appear when creating the link.

You are able to do this by clicking Insert > Button > Add Link > Select Page/ Select Bookmark.
IOS Apple mail compatibility
It is worth noting that iOS 8 and above is not compatible with bookmarks, however you can get them to open in Safari.
You will be able to access bookmarks within Safari by following the steps outlined below:
1. Create anchor links within the Campaign
2. View the Campaign online
3. Click on the anchor link
4. Copy the URL which will now contain the anchor tag
5. Replace the anchor link with the new URL containing the anchor tag
Once this has been set up, this will open up the web browser and navigate to the pre-designated area.
Please note: As anchor links will not show up in the reporting, it is recommended to instead create multiple Campaign pages as this will allow for more insights into what recipients are clicking into.
