Using survey templates with custom HTML can sometimes create a cross over/build up of CSS
This build up can cause CSS to overwrite each other and create new rules which affects the integrity of the campaign.
This can appear in many ways, i.e limiting responses for a question then seeing a blank space where they used to be, or the cutting off of the response boxes in your survey. (Example below)
Firstly, go into the survey that exhibits the formatting issues with the response boxes.
Go into the Theme section and click Customize to get into the survey code.
Next you will need to find this part of the code:
.sQ.sText.sTextSingle {
HEIGHT:50px !important
}
You can either scroll through the code to find it, or press CTRL and the F key and start typing the beginning of the code
From here, you will notice that the height is set to 50px, this can be another number in your own code but 50px is used as an example. This is the build up of CSS that has made this new rule and therefore confines the text boxes to a certain pixel size.
Change the 50px to auto and click preview and the survey will automatically change the responses to fit with the survey dimensions
