With the release of Version 53, we’ve enhanced our offering when it comes to multi-language surveys.
Previously, only a select few ISO codes were available when setting up forms with multiple languages, now however, you can select from the entire range. This enables you to run international events without falling at the first hurdle while creating your event workflow.
These ISO codes can be accessed by clicking into your surveys and navigating into Settings. From here you can click into Languages > Add language and select your default.
Once you have selected your default language you can click add to be taken to the next page. From here you can see a drop down arrow containing the full list of ISO codes.
These can be selected within the platform as seen below:
Be sure to include a display name for your ISO code so you can easily identify your selected language.
Once your ISO codes have been selected, you can click save and then proceed to your survey builder. You will notice on the right hand side that different language options are now appearing.
It is worth noting that the survey will not auto translate and you will need to include your translations for each language version you have. You can change versions by clicking into the display name text with your selected option appearing in bold.
