Integration with Azure
You can now pull contacts straight from Azure AD into Concep Send, enabling you to use the platform to distribute your internal comms. By using Concep Send for internal comms, you're privy to the same reporting and tracking features you already use in your marketing. -
Integration with Salesforce
You can now pull contacts from Salesforce into Concep Send prior to sending a campaign. With a whole host of query options, you can pull and save a dynamic list of Salesforce contacts whether that be internal employees, contacts linked to a specific account or contacts that are linked to a specific organisation. -
A new mail merge field: [campaign_title]
You can now include this new mail merge tag in your campaigns and subject lines which pulls through the name of the campaign. -
The ♦ character doesn’t appear as an emoji anymore
Previously, when you inserted the diamond character (via "Insert" > "Special Character") into a campaign, it rendered as an emoji. This has been changed so it renders in line with the surrounding text. -
Updated the sharing links to be served over HTTPS
In previous versions, when you create a link to share a campaign to social networks (Create Link > Social Networks), the links are served over HTTP. In the latest version, it’s been updated so that they’re served over HTTPS. This has been updated for all the social networks listed under the “Social Networks” tab: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Digg, Reddit, Tumblr. This also applies to the sharing links on the “forward to a friend” pop-up. -
Surveys redirected in the browser to stop reports being skewed
The process has been tweaked when a survey is opened via a campaign. In previous versions, email scanners were skewing the number of views a survey had by "opening" the survey link. In Version 51, a redirect occurs in the recipient's browser which will stop the metrics from being skewed by email security systems.
