Have you sent out your communication and realised that you've inadvertently included the wrong link? No need to panic, as you can redirect to the correct link from the Reporting page of the sent email Campaign!
Redirecting incorrect links enables users to correct files and website addresses easily without the need to copy and resend their email Campaign anew with a fresh link.
To redirect a link, you will need to navigate to the "Concep Reports" entity and click on the email Campaign containing the link you would like to change. From here, you can then navigate to the Interaction > Links.
Here you will find a list of all the links that have been accessed by your recipients.
Please note: The links will only appear in reporting when they have been clicked on by your recipients. If the link you wish to redirect is not there, click on the link in the sent Campaign to make it appear in the reporting.
Click the blue drop down menu next to the URL and select Redirect.
Once you select Redirect, a pop up menu will appear asking you to enter your new URL. Enter the address and click the Redirect button to make the change.
Please note: This does not apply to mailto links, as these function in a way such that they do not go to an end URL, and instead open up in the mail client. We recommend sending yourself tests of your email campaign before sending to confirm that email links are showing as intended before sending out the real thing.
