Content Library settings

This article will explain how to:

• Prevent users from editing and adding files to the content library
• Customise how content is sorted in the library

Prevent users from adding and editing files in the content library

This feature gives the option to disable access to add and edit files and images. This is useful if you want to maintain a degree of control over your content and branding by preventing your users from importing their own content. 

You will find this setting in Settings > My Settings > Editor > Content Library 

To disable and prevent a single user from adding images/files to their Content Library apply the Setting > Content Library > Uploading Enabled: 'OFF'

To enable a single user from adding images/files to their Content Library apply the Setting > Content Library > Uploading Enabled: 'ON'

Also, from your content library which can be found in 'Manage' section in your home screen, you have the ability to customise how your content will be sorted in your library.
