What is it used for?

Does your company need to send out transactional communications to your recipients, but are unable to send to all contacts due to pre-existing opt outs? Concep has a solution! With the Transactional Email Solution, you can now override opt outs previously logged at User, Client and Group level. This means you can ensure that all of your recipients are opted in to be sent the information they're contracted to receive. 

All it involves from Concep's side is turning on a setting to override pre-existing opt outs, customization to your preference center and rewording of the unsubscribe url.
