Tagging: A quick how-to guide

With Tags, organise and group your Campaigns and Surveys to enhance your reporting. Choose whether you'd like to differentiate by communication type, author, practice area or region, or anything else for that matter - you are in complete control!

Getting Started with Tagging:

1. Create your Tag Types
   Via Admin, navigate to Tags and create your Tag Types. These could be things such as "Communication Type", "Event Name" or "Author" and act as a grouping for the more granular tags within.
   
   
   
   
2. Tag your Campaigns/Surveys
   Add tags to your Campaigns and Surveys via "More". Note, these can be added retrospectively to old Surveys and Campaigns which have already been sent.
   
   
   
   
3. Report Across your Tags
   Filter using your tags and quickly combine your reports via the "Perform..." drop-down.
