Tip: The "From" Email Address

A quick tip regarding the 'From' email address.

If the sender email address is personalised i.e. [e-mail], a recipient could save this in their address book. If this email is then used as a recipient email it will not be delivered as it does not exist.

It is advised a generic email address is used in order to encourage recipients to not save and email this address.

For example:

• [e-mail]
• [e-mail]

Sender profiles can be used, however it is not advised the email address is personalized, based on the reason above.
