Yahoo and AOL both changed their DMARC policies in April 2014 to prevent sending emails from their domains unless the email is being sent by their servers. This means campaigns sent by our system are not able to be sent by their servers, which means the emails will bounce.
Gmail has announced they will make a similar change in June 2016 (https://dmarc.org/2015/10/global-mailbox-providers-deploying-dmarc-to-protect-users/).
To resolve the issue:
- Edit your profile to use your business email address from a domain in your company's control.
or
Select the send from system email address option when creating campaigns. - You may also need to reset the bounced contacts so that you can resume sending to them again.
